PHC Pile
The high strength concrete pile is manufactured using centrifugal force by pretension method, bending or It is a file that complements the shortcomings of concrete, which is weak in tensile force.
Features
Large Supporting Force
The allowable pressure stress of concrete is so big that it can cover load up to 78.5N/㎟ in axial direction bigger than conventional PC pile(49.1N/㎟). Also, sustained allowable stress(19.6N/㎟) is higher than PC pile(12.3N/㎟)
Strong against impact
Uniform application of prestress required to cross section formed with concrete with pressure strength of above 78.5N/㎟ not only allows excellent impact strength but also completely absorbs tensile strength caused by reflective wave that is generated at the time of pile driving so no cracks are found and, as it is easy to penetrate even hard layer in the middle
Pile driving with age of 1 day
Conventional curing requires 4 weeks of time but, as autoclave curing allows super high strength of fixed pressure strength 78.5N/㎟ or above in 1 day of age, it is possible to immediately ship on site.
Excellent Durability against freezing and thawing, acid resistant
Damage by freezing and thawing is less because of compact structure between cement paste and aggregates, and chemical resistant against acids such as hydrochloric acid, lactic acid, acetic acid, etc.
Extremely small creep and shrinkage
Due to autoclave curing, creep shrinkage is much smaller than traditional PC pile.
Large bending strength
With large bending tensile stress of concrete and LR type high strength PC iron bar, the pile is mostly suitable for earthquake resistance design receiving both axial and horizontal forces simultaneously.
